Our Founder and Director of Business Operations, Andy McMillan brings 25+ years of Executive Leadership and Sales experience to McMillan Luxury Group.

He is an accomplished executive, leader, and speaker with a proven record for developing high-performing teams and delivering value to clients. He is passionate in helping others develop their skills and unlocking their giftedness so that they can reach their full potential and create a lasting legacy in their lives. This passion guides him as he leads the team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable real estate transaction for each of our clients.

Andy is currently developing several Real Estate Investment Coaching Intensives where he will share the secrets on how to create wealth through real estate investing.

Andy resides in Roswell, GA with his wife Kimberly and their children. His strong faith in God is the foundation for all that he does, and he considers his highest calling to be a loving husband and father. Andy and Kimberly have six children, two dogs, and whole lot of fun.
